Dan Dunsky is a senior leader in the business of opinion formation. He is a skilled and gifted journalist and communicator, with over 20 years’ experience creating and overseeing broadcast, print, and digital media, as well as strategy, marketing and communications.
Most recently, he created and was Executive Producer of “The Agenda with Steve Paikin”, Canada’s premier prime-time broadcast of long-form analysis and insight journalism. Under his leadership, and during a period of profound disruption in media, he directed the program’s adoption of digital media products and public events, while growing the traditional broadcast audience.
As an analyst, Dan has appeared on CNN and CTV, was heard weekly on Newstalk 570, and has written for numerous Canadian and American publications, including The Globe and Mail, The Toronto Star, The National Interest, and The National Review. Dan speaks regularly on the role of journalists in an era of paradigmatic change.
Prior to his journalism, Dan was a communications and marketing consultant in Toronto, where he lives.
