Evan Fraser, Ph.D., is Director of Arrell Food Institute and a professor of Geography at the University of Guelph. As a researcher, Evan is co-author on over 100 academic papers. He is one of Canada’s most cited social scientists working on food and sustainability. His next book, which is being co-authored with Lenore Newman, is tentatively titled Dinner on Mars: 8 Amazing Technologies that will Change the Future of Food and should be published in 2022. Evan also sits on a number of boards that advise government, industry and charities on topics relating to food and the environment.
