Ian Hamilton is the author of 15 novels in the Ava Lee series, four in the Uncle series, and a stand alone.
His books have all been best-sellers, and have been nominated for and have won several awards including the Arthur Ellis, the Lambda, and Barry. The books have been printed in eight languages, and in more than 20 countries. BBC Culture named Ian as one of the 10 mystery/crime writers from the last 40 years that you should have on your bookshelf.
Ian is a former journalist and civil servant. He lives in Burlington, Ontario.
