A life-long Nova Scotian, Jane attended Mount Saint Vincent University and graduated from Dalhousie University with a Master in Public Administration degree.
Jane is committed to life-long learning and has lived her belief in giving back to community through her volunteer work with non-profit organizations for more than 40 years.
