Ms. Sarah Hood
George Brown College, Board Member, Culinary Historian of Canada
Sarah B. Hood is an author who has published hundreds of magazine and newspaper articles. She has published several books, and is currently at work on a new one, about the world history of jam, jelly and marmalade. She has been shortlisted for Canada’s National Magazine Awards, the Canadian Business Media Awards and Taste Canada, the Food Writing Awards. She serves as a board member of the Culinary Historians of Canada, and volunteers as a historic cook at Montgomery’s Inn in Etobicoke and Fort York in Toronto. She holds an MA in ancient history and languages from the University of Toronto.
